To all lovers of vintage fashion,

Prior to my passion for vintage textiles, having been trained as a designer,  I became an Art Director of fashion photography for magazines and catalogues, This experience has now influenced my vintage collections, all items are selected primarily for their visual impact and their design.

These are often handworked pieces with attention to the detail, in quality fabrics which drape and work with the light. Some pieces are delicate and perhaps a little distressed but nevertheless stunningly beautiful and can be worn as they are or restored to their former glory by a good dressmaker. These are the items that I treasure the most and that make up my special Tinsel & Tatters Collection.

Rummaging through my attic, I have decided that as an ardent collector, I will never control the urge to hunt out and buy a beautiful fashion find. and that sadly, it is now time to part with some of my private collection and let it travel on to find other loving owners.
Occasionally, an item from my private Tinsel & Tatters Collection will be displayed for sale at the arcade along with my current range of vintage fashion and textiles.

I simply need the space!
